Our Delivery Teams
Delivery teams are divided into water and wastewater services, co-ordinated by control centres in Derby and Birmingham.
We operate and maintain over 5,000 water and wastewater assets for the Ministry of Defence. These range from fire boosters and service reservoirs to pumping stations and treatment works. As well as maintaining some 45,000 km of water networks and 52,000 of sewerage pipes, our teams have installed more than one million water meters for regional utilities to date.
You can rely on industry experts who understand all elements of water and wastewater management including regulatory compliance; leak location and repair; network installation and connection; and investment and operations. We also have an extensive fleet of technicians which can be mobilised quickly to operate anywhere in the UK and Ireland.
Our Customer Service Teams
Our three call centres manage the scheduling of our delivery teams and resolve all customer enquiries.
Our Account Management Teams
Based in Birmingham, the Account Management and Sales team bring a practical knowledge of our services, an understanding of customer needs and the ability to offer effective solutions from the outset. From this centre, we also develop responses for tenders, project manage larger contracts and co-ordinate sales enquiries.
