The ASA brings together the three service providers (C2C Services, Kelda Water Servicesand Veolia Water Nevis), along with the MoD department responsible for Aquatrine, the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) in order to provide improved services and efficiencies.
ASA mission: To collaborate on delivering continuous improvements in service delivery across the MOD estate through safe, partnering and sustainable practice
ASA purpose: To create a win-win-win environment where shared business improvement work, resourced by all parties, provides tangible benefits:
- to customers through service improvements and increased value for money
- to DIO through improvement to value for money and efficiency
- to Industry through cost, service and brand enhancement
